Ely Bar-Ness
Chief Human Resources Officer
Ely Bar-Ness is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Revlon and a member of the Company's Executive Leadership Team. He is responsible for developing and executing global human resources strategy in support of the Company's business plan.
Mr. Bar-Ness joined Revlon with over 30 years of global human resources experience across various industries including chemical, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Prior to Revlon, he served as the Global Human Resources Leader for Ashland Ingredients, a $4.5 billion division of Ashland, Inc.
Mr. Bar-Ness received his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University in Management and Labor Relations.
