Tchernavia Rocker
Chief People Officer
Ms. Rocker is Revlon's Chief People Officer. She is responsible for responsible for developing and executing global human resources strategy in support of the Company's business plan.
Ms. Rocker was most recently the Chief People & Transformation Officer at Under Armour with executive oversight over Corporate Strategy, Human Resources, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), Sustainability and Organizational Transformation.  Previously she served more than 18 years in Human Resources leadership roles at Harley-Davidson, Inc., most recently as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer from June 2016 through January 2019, as General Manager, Human Resources from January 2012 through May 2016, and in various other Human Resources leadership positions since joining the company in 2000. Prior to that, she served in various Human Resources and operations roles at Goodyear Dunlop North America Tire Inc. Ms. Rocker serves on the boards of Aimbridge Hospitality Holdings, LLC, and The Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Ms. Rocker holds a B.S. in Nursing from the University of Alabama Huntsville in Huntsville, AL, and an MBA from Alabama A&M University.
