Ms. Garrison is the President of Elizabeth Arden and Fragrance at Revlon. She is responsible for driving growth, innovation, and consumer resonance for the Elizabeth Arden brand and the Revlon Fragrance portfolio globally.
Ms. Garrison has over 20 years of strategic and operational experience, including 12 years in the beauty industry and 7 years at the helm of global beauty brands. She has established a track record leading brand transformations rooted in conceptual and scientific innovation, deep consumer relevance, and omnichannel execution spanning retail, wholesale, and digital. She is passionate about building and developing remarkable teams around the world.
Most recently, Ms. Garrison served as Global Brand President of Origins, part of The Estée Lauder Companies, where she led breakthrough innovation and digital acceleration. Her career began at BCG, and she holds degrees from Rice University and the London School of Economics.
Ms. Garrison serves on the Board of Native Forward Scholars Fund and the Advisory Council of Newman’s Own Foundation. She lives with her husband and two children in New York City.
