Mario Rivera

Chief Operations Officer

Mario Rivera serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Revlon, where he leads the company’s end-to-end supply chain and operations. He is responsible for global planning, sourcing/procurement, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and customer logistics, and is charged with driving large-scale operational transformation to unlock enterprise value.

With more than 25 years of experience across MedTech, Life Sciences, and Retail/Pharmacy, Mario has held senior leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Fortune 500 organizations such as Target, Danaher, and Becton Dickinson. Prior to Revlon, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain & Logistics Officer at CVS Health, where he oversaw the end-to-end supply chain for Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness, supporting more than 9,000 stores and pharmacies. Earlier in his career he worked at Integer Holdings, one of the largest contract development and manufacturing organizations in the world.

Mario brings deep expertise in global operations and business transformation, including M&A due diligence and integration, technology transfers, and the launch, consolidation, and expansion of manufacturing and distribution sites around the globe. He's held leadership roles in product marketing, general management, and new product development. He is widely recognized for building modern, data-driven operating systems and deploying large-scale automation and robotics to improve performance, resilience, and scalability.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, with a minor in Systems Engineering, from the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico, and a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.

Mario serves as a Board Member at the American Diabetes Association and is deeply committed to mentorship and leadership development, with a strong focus on building high-performing, engaged teams and supporting the next generation of global leaders.
